Next Sunday, 21st June, is the Winter Solstice, shortest day of the year.

So what better excuse for a social ride. All are welcome, with the meeting at Armidale Tourist Info Centre carpark to start riding at 10am sharp, covering a distance of ~30km.

The days are only going to get longer after this ride...

Race has been run & won in hero dirt that changed to wet and slippery mid race as the rain hit. Lots of fun at Piney on a fast track (access off Pine Forest Road carpark).

NEMTB monthly general Committee Meeting is on Thursday 4 June.

All club members are welcome to join us at the Welders Dog Brewery (Big Dog) to discuss current and future plans for events and promoting mountain biking locally.

Meeting starts at 6pm and with dinner the Thursday night all-you -can-eat pizza option at the Big Dog.

PINEY is GO: Hero Dirt ahead.
Racing tomorrow will be on a fast track lined with hero dirt, not a single puddle or mud patch to be seen.

Don’t forget - the 2026 Club Championship Winter Race is happening on Sunday 31 May. Despite this weeks rain, race still on. BUT we will do track inspections Saturday to confirm if we race at Piney or UNE.

Don't forget, the Great Hops Last Hoorah Social Ride is on tomorrow.

The ride will be leaving from the Great Hops at 10.30am sharp, with riders choosing their own adventure of either a gravel or singletrack route for ~20km. Riders will met back at the Great Hops by 12.30pm, for a last lunch at one of our favorite locals.

All are welcome on the ride or for the post-ride celebrations...

Join us next Sunday 17th May for the Great Hops Last Hoorah Social Ride.

The ride will be leaving from the Great Hops at 10.30am sharp, with riders given the option of either a gravel or singletrack route for ~20km. Riders will met back at the Great Hops by 12.30pm, for an optional last lunch.

All are welcome to celebrate the end of a chapter for one of our favorite locals.
