Today marks the five-year anniversary of NJOY Pilates! We opened the doors to our studio on May 29th, 2021. From the very first class to moving to our new premises inside the beautiful , the goal was always to create a space and atmosphere where our members could enjoy exercise and all the benefits Pilates has to offer. On a personal note, I grew up with a father who was confined to a wheelchair. His attitude and zest for life despite his situation taught me to appreciate and enjoy the ability to move my body whenever and and however I want to. That ability truly is a gift, and not to be taken for granted.

I’m incredibly proud of the community that dream has grown into: Like-minded clients and teaching staff (many of whom started as clients who went on to complete a teacher training certification). I’ve had the pleasure of furthering my own education along the way with and most recently with and . I’m excited to keep serving the Armidale community in the best way my team and I possibly can. Thank you to everyone who has been to a class with us over the past five years, and here’s to the next five, ten and fifteen! 1️⃣5️⃣
