Heartbreak in the GF. 💔

Hot and insanely windy conditions in Tenambit yesterday proved a headache for both sides. It was a physical and evenly matched game for the majority and all was needed was a stroke of luck. Unfortunately that luck came to Dungog in the dying minutes with a deflected through ball that fell to the feet of a Dungog attacker who made no mistake with a tidy finish.

The well drilled Dungog side seen the last couple of minutes out and the full time whistle blew. Congratulations to them on a great season, who get the better of Argy once more in the 5th matchup of the year between the two sides.

Everyone at Argenton United are so proud of this team and their efforts this season and know they’ll go one better next year. 💚

THE BIG ONE!

Our Saturday AA 2’s have reached the Grand Final. An amazing season seen them fall just short of the Minor Premiership by 1 point to Dungog.

Dungog have had a fantastic season themselves, beating our boys twice in the season and a narrow 1-0 win in the semi final, luckily our boys got the second chance and made no mistakes with it last weekend with a promising 6-0 win over Scone.

This Saturday, in the biggest game of the year, we have a chance to get one back on them. How sweet would it be?!

It’ll be a battle for the ages, and our lads need you there supporting them.

This Saturday (5th of September), 3pm kick off, Beryl Humble Sporting Complex.

Bring the noise, wear your Argy green and get the boys home.

We can’t wait to see everyone there. Let’s go Argy!!! 💚

Game day!!

Get to Metford Recreational Oval at 3pm and get our boys into the Grand Final next week.

A brilliant season for our AA2’s in 2026 sees them 1 game away from the big dance. They need the support, let’s give it to them. 💚

ELIMINATION FINAL!

After a narrow loss last week to Dungog, the boys will be looking to beat Scone this weekend to secure their spot in the Grand Final.

Another fairly distance to travel for this one, but the lads would love to see anyone and everyone there to support them.

FINALS TIME!

Today sees our 2’s kick off their finals campaign against Dungog as they look to seal their place in the grand final against.

This season has been neck and neck with both sides, with the Argy boys coming out on top earlier this season.

Bit of a trek, but if you’re anywhere near Gresford the boys would love your support!

WHERE DID THE SEASON GO?!

Miraculously we find ourselves at the final round of the 2026 season.

Today our 1’s will finish off their season away at Toronto Awaba, as they are unable to make finals.

Our 2’s will finish off the normal season at home before gearing up for finals, with the minor premiership still technically in the balance.

Thank you for all of the support throughout the season, stay behind the 2’s for their remaining games of the season!

ROUND 13

Not long left in the regular season, both of our sides will play back to back at the Graveyard today.

Our 1’s will be starting off the action against Warners Bay as they continue hunting for their first win of the season.

The 2’s can still make a push for minor premiers depending on results elsewhere, but will need the 3 points against Maitland to keep their chances alive.

A rainy cold morning at Argy, hopefully the boys can get it done!
