The Newcastle District Golf Association (NDGA) was founded in 1925 and is run by an honorary committee to assist in the administration, support and promotion of golf in the Newcastle district, in conjunction with the 16 Affiliated Clubs that constitute the Association.

The NDGA Encourage shield competition commences next Sunday 3rd May with the 1st match at Belmont Golf and Bowls. 5 clubs are vying for the opportunity for their juniors to play in the regional and subsequently State finals

A strong field of triallists have met today at the Hawks Nest Golf Club for the Hunter Golf Trials. The successful team will meet together later in the term on the Central Coast for the State Championships

Our juniors have stepped up big time in pennants this year 💪

What an incredible result for our Division 2 Ladies Pennant team! 👏⛳️

After a tightly contested series, the team secured the title with 24.5 points across 6 games, winning the division by just 0.5 points. It truly came down to the wire!

This outstanding effort means the team will be promoted to Division 1, an achievement that has not been reached in many years.

A huge congratulations to all the players. We could not be more proud 🎉
