Lets sock it to Sarcoma!

Round 8 is about to be much more colourful with all our players, parents and volunteers encouraged to wear odd socks!

Sarcoma is the name given to a group of rare and aggressive primary bone and soft tissue tumours. It affects people of all ages, is the second most common cancer in children aged 0 to19 years old and comprises 10% of cancers in the 15 to 25 age group. Sarcomas in children and young adults can often be misdiagnosed as sporting injuries.

WHO WANTS TO WIN A NEW CAR??

This year our club is taking part of the Toyota Good for Footy Raffle!

All the money from raffle ticket sales goes directly back to the club to help us fundraise for our new shed down at Shirley Strickland Reserve!

With our new storage shed close to commencing construction, we’re aiming to
raise funds to fit out the interior with equipment shelving, lighting, and storage
containers. Our goal is to raise $20,000 to cover these expenses.

If every player sells only 10 tickets, we will meet this exciting goal and be ready to
make the most of our new storage space.

You can get involved by forwarding the link, scanning the QR code and telling as
many people as possible.

Goal #1 “We’re aiming to raise $20,000 to purchase our storage fit out
Goal #2 “We’re aiming to raise $10,000 to help pay for Our 75 year member’s function
