Congratulations also to Jackson Bohner on finishing as the leading goal kicker.

We are incredibly fortunate to have all four of our football sides competing in the Grand Final this weekend for the first time!

This is a true testament to the hard work, commitment and dedication our players, coaches and volunteers have shown throughout the season.

We’re calling on all of our supporters, families and members to get behind the Rats and make your way to City Oval! Come dressed in red and white, bring your signs and banners, and help us create an atmosphere our teams will never forget.

Once the games conclude, we’d love for everyone to join us back at the club rooms as we celebrate an incredible year together. There’ll be live music from Parso and Ozzy’s Kebabs available, so stick around and celebrate with us!

Let’s get behind our boys and bring the noise!

PRELIMINARY FINAL RESULTS

Congratulations to our Under 14s football team, who have secured their spot in the GRAND FINAL!

A huge congratulations to our Under 17s and B Grade netball teams on fantastic seasons. We’re devastated that your finals campaigns have come to an end, but you should be incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved.

We’ll see you all next week for the big one. Let’s bring it home!

The Wimmera Football Netball League A and B grade teams paid tribute to Zanaiya Bergen with a minute silence. The 23-year-old, who played in the WFNL, HDFNL and MCDFNL, sadly died on September 11.

The Ararat Football Netball Club extends our deepest condolences to the Navarre Football Netball Club during this incredibly difficult time.

Our thoughts are with the players, coaches, members and, most importantly, Zanaiya’s family and loved ones.

We wish the very best of luck to Navarre’s teams competing in the Grand Final today. We hope you can dig deep, play with pride and bring it home for Zanaiya.

🏉 2027 Reserves Coaching Announcement 🏉

We are pleased to announce that Jacob Bates will be our Reserves Coach for 2027.

Jacob was our Senior Premiership Captain in 2024 and has been a strong leader within our Club for many years.

He lives and breathes football and has a strong desire to continue building his coaching experience and capacity. We are excited to see him take charge of the Reserves next season.
