What a huge day at the Melbourne Marathon Festival today with the team! running a PB in the 5km, running a strong 10km and running a PB in the 10km. We had three runners from the team in the full marathon, Ally making his marathon debut and running a PB, also running a PB, and Coach running her fastest marathon in six years. Congratulations to all, it’s been a pleasure to watch you all training well and celebrating in style 👏👏👏

Hands up if you’re ready for the on Sunday! Our marathon team certainly are, this trio, Ally Marr (running his debut marathon), & , have been training diligently over many months so they can line up at the start line fully prepared for the 42.2kms, and ready to celebrate their hard work. We also have members of the team in the 10k and Lauren Harvey, and the 5k , good luck to all of you!

It was a successful weekend in Shepparton at the for our team. in the marathon Ally Marr and Coach all in the half marathon, and in the 10km and our head of cheer squad/photographer/chauffeur We had PB’s, longest ever runs, very well executed races and inspirational performances. As coaches, we could not be prouder of our team, in particular the team spirit.

is the first of our team to run this weekend up at the in the 5km race. The course was crowded and the conditions warm, Dewayne showed how much he has learned over the last six months of training to finish strongly, very proud of his first official running event. 📸
