June CHALLENGE: Win one of two $50 LSKD vouchers.

This month’s challenge is 500m row for time.

The goal is simple - complete 500m as fast as possible (damper setting on 3).

How to setup the rower
- Set damper to setting 3
- Press menu
- Press select workout
- Press standard list
- Press 500m/1:00r
- Start rowing
- Make sure you record/take photograph of your time before the 1 minute rest timer is up. If a staff member is not present provide send us a video of your attempt.

The best 5 attempts by the end of June will go into the draw to win.

Ask one of the staff members at Jetts Fitness Applecross if you would like to give it a go.
