Now's the time to start prepping for Bodybuilding Season B!💪
Whether it's your first time competing or 2nd, 3rd etc, having an experienced coach who has competed (successfully) themselves, will make a world of difference to your end result.

So I had my nephew lined up to film a ‘fitness with kids’ video. Come the day of filming, my hair & make up is done, I’m wearing my new active wear (purchased especially for filming) and then he terns around & flat out refuses to be a part of it 😳🤷‍♀️

Now I know why they say “ Never work with kids” 😂

Are you ready for summer?☀️⛱️👙

Over the past few weeks I’ve upped my training intensity & duration ( strength training 4 x per week + 45 minutes cardio 6 x per week). I’ve been following a clean eating, low calorie diet consisting of oats, rice, sweet potatoe, green veggies, sugar free almond milk, chicken, fish & prawns.
I supplement with protein powder and Oxyshred.

I’m down to 55kg’s which is just 2kg heavier than my competition weight.

Not only am I the fittest & leanest I’ve been since my last comp in 2016 but my self confidence has sky rocketed with the best version of me returning after suffering PTSD and depression for the past 3 years due to being a victim of domestic violence.

Putting in the hard work at the Gym ( even though some may say or think my training regime & strict diet is a bit extreme) has always been my saviour 😇
