My passion is to change the lives of people, improving their body and mind wellbeing by teaching them Tai Chi and Qi Gong gentle exercise, as well as through Healing Massage. After many years of practicing and teaching Tai Chi, I discovered the modified ‘Tai Chi for Health’ programs designed by Dr Paul Lam, and in 2013 Tai Chi for Health Brisbane was born. Dr Paul Lam has worked with Tai Chi exper

ts and medical specialists to create the Tai Chi for Health Programs. They are easy and enjoyable to learn, and supported by many scientific studies proving their effectiveness and safety. The health benefits of Tai Chi include:
• Increased flexibility and muscle strength
• Greater fitness
• Better body posture
• Integration of body, mind and spirit
• Improved flow of Qi (life energy)

Tai Chi is gentle exercise suitable for all ages and abilities.

Today I had the opportunity to attend a traditional Yang 85 Form training with Master Zhao Youbin from China 🇨🇳 in Hornsby, Sydney.

So much to learn, so much to refine and improve.

Grateful for the experience and the ongoing journey in Tai Chi practice and teaching.🙏

This morning we came together to celebrate World T’ai Chi Day (tomorrow) alongside ANZAC Day today , a meaningful blend of reflection, connection, and gentle movement.

We enjoyed a free Tai Chi session, sharing calm energy, mindful practice, and plenty of smiles. It was wonderful to see everyone moving together in harmony, taking a moment to slow down and appreciate both the spirit of the day and each other.

Afterwards, we gathered for morning tea, chatted, and continued practicing , building not just our skills, but our sense of community.

A lovely morning of balance, remembrance, and togetherness. 💛
