I’ve absolutely loved bringing kids yoga Goodstart Early Learning Anna Bay 💛🧘‍♀️✨

Watching the children grow in confidence, connect with their breath, move their bodies and simply have fun has been such a pleasure ! ❤️ From our yoga adventures and playful games to moments of stillness and relaxation, every session has been filled with beautiful little moments.

Teaching yoga to children is so incredibly rewarding, and I feel very grateful to have had the opportunity to share these practices with such wonderful little yogis. 🌈✨

Thank you to the beautiful educators and children for welcoming me so warmly. I’ve loved every minute! 💕

🌞 Kids Yoga at Oney this Morning 🌊

What a beautiful start to the day! The kids stretched, giggled, and breathed their way through our yoga session — moving like the waves, trees, dolphins and turtles. 🌳🌊🐬 And a little bit of rain didn't stop them!! Their energy and imagination filled the space, and it was such a joy to see everyone connecting through movement and mindfulness.

A big thank you to all the little yogis (and their grown-ups) for bringing your sunshine — see you next time on the mat! 💛✨
