Auskites' first trip to Sri Lanka was pretty amazing, with lots of learnings!

We had 2 to 5 hours of kiting everyday in different locations with different conditions and landscapes, flat water to waves spot surrounded by mangroves and palm trees 🌴😍

One of the highlights was probably the Vella island overnight trip. Starting with a downwinder leading to a perfect flat water spot with heaps of space, a local hut with shaded area and long chairs to chill, sunsets/sunrise sessions, amazing food cooked by locals and stargazing camping sleep 🏕🌠🏝
Luck was also on our side with nature delivering 30knots wind when we were there, it doesn't get much better than that 🙌

Because it would be a shame to come all this way and not see much of the country, we planned one rest (not so restful) day in the middle. Everyone left early morning to go on a safari to see hundreds of wild elephants and some famous places of Sri Lanka. They all came back with big smiles 🐘😁

All this was possible thanks to this amazing group who has been very good vibe 🥳

📢⚠️🚨The first ever Auskites trip happened in June, and what a better place for it than Sri Lanka!!!! 🥳🌴🔥

For the first edition, we kept it low-key with close people from our kite community ( 😝) and learnt how to manage a group trip.
And we believe it has been a success 🥳 we've had 8 days all included in a very nice place and wind was around every day!! 💨

We are very thankful for the friends who trusted us in this first shot and came along to share the fun 🔥

We can't wait to offer more for our community in the coming years 🤙 Get in touch with us to know about the next adventures ! 🤝

🚨📢💥Our End of Season event a few weeks ago was a blast, heaps of wind, sun and good people joining for an amazing day 💨☀️🪁🤝

This 2024-2025 season has been awesome for the Team, growing a lot, learning heaps and getting closer to our local community 🙌

📢🚨🥳 Attention Attention Please, we are coming to the end of the season and luckily this weekend is looking 🔥💨
Hence why we've decided to throw this last minute "End-of-season gathering" for our awesome community!

Every Melbourne riders, outdoor lovers and curious people are invited to join us this Sunday 30 March at our local spot at Altona beach.

Let's spend a nice day at the beach together to share our passion for outdoors, kitesurfing and the ocean 🌊🪁

A BBQ will be setup free to use, music will be going on 🎵 with smiles and good vibes all around.

All our and gears will be available for demos and everything will be up for sale at the end of the day 🎁

We might head to the pub for drinks and food in the evening for the ones interested 🥳🍻
