A big shout out to Graeme Reilly, the current President of the Altona Historical Homestead and Museum, who was instrumental in the making of the QR walks. In addition to the many volunteer hours Graeme and the historical society contributed with their knowledge and research, we were also fortunate to record many interviews with community inside the homestead.

In Episode 1 of Hobsons Bay QR Walks we interviewed the delightful Michelle from BORGS CAKES Pasta and Pastizzi.

Built on the site of an old coal mine, Borgs is the oldest business at Harrington Square Altona and has become an institution in Hobsons Bay and Melbourne wide for their delicious homemade pastry treats.

The QR Code for Michelle's story is located on the footpath on Maidstone Street opposite the Harrington Square sign. Or listen from the comfort of home.
