One of the most common questions we hear… and the answer is always no 👊🏼

Martial arts isn’t about age.
It’s about movement, confidence, growth and challenging yourself at every stage of life.

We have students training into their 70s because staying active, learning new skills and being part of a strong community never gets old 🥋

Whether it’s Taekwondo or Kickboxing, our adults classes are designed for all experience levels from complete beginners to experienced martial artists looking to stay sharp, fit and challenged.

The goal isn’t to stay “young enough.”
The goal is to keep moving, learning and growing.

10 fighters stepped on the mats and represented Mozhdeh Martial Arts with courage, discipline and heart.

🥇 Khaled – Gold medal after 3 strong wins with a very impressive performance and great display of technique throughout the day.
🥇 Mohammed – Gold medal with 3 wins in his very first competition ever. Huge effort and composure all day.
🥇 Emily – Smart fighting and great to see all the hard work and training coming together.
🥇 Ahrud – Gold medal

Selected for the Junior World Championships in Uzbekistan 🇺🇿 (April) and the Oceania Championships in her very first year as a Junior.

After finishing 5th in the World last year at the Cadet World Championships in Fujairah, Lucy is back stronger, hungrier, and more focused than ever.
