Alstonville Plateau Physical Culture Club Physie is dance, exercise, strength, balance and FUN Welcome to the unique dance & fitness sport of PHYSICAL CULTURE, we call it physie. What do we do?

Variety is the spice of life so in physie we teach a bit of everything…
warm-up • ballet • exercises • aerobic dance • jazz • hip hop • stretch • yoga

Our classes are twice a week for GIRLS of all ages from 3 years up. They are held in Alstonville on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Physie promotes dance, exercise, confidence, flexibility, balance, strength, fitness and above all FUN. Our classes are very reasonably priced. Our club is a beautiful friendly club in the heart of Alstonville. Seeing each girl smile and achieve their best either individually or in a team is our ultimate goal.
