FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASSES 🏋🏻‍♂️
These classes follow the B1st Fitness program designed to progressively improve your overall functional fitness.
This constantly varied, high intensity program combines evidence-based strength training, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning into a single class with scaling and progressions for all levels of fitness.
These classes are capped at 8 people to ensure each person gets a personalised coaching experience.
