🏋️ Join Our Push Up Challenge Team!

We’re building a team for the Push Up Challenge and we’d love you to be part of it!

You don’t have to do push ups — you can choose a different exercise, or follow the daily alternative. It’s just 3 weeks and being part of the team is fun! 💪😄 I love being the first person to log my ‘push up’s’ in the ap for the day 😃

But here’s the real reason we’re doing this — mental health awareness. 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health challenge, and the more we talk about it, the more lives we can change.

By joining the team you’re helping to:

✅ Raise awareness of mental health

✅ Encourage people to reach out and ask for help

✅ Help others recognise the signs in themselves and people they love

✅ Break down the stigma around talking about it

Not into fundraising that’s ok — showing up and being part of the conversation is just as powerful. 🧡
