👀 EVER WONDERED WHAT ACTUALLY GOES ON BEHIND THE SCENES?
With our AGM coming up in October, we’re starting to look ahead to next year and would love to hear from anyone who might be interested in joining the Creswick & District Motorcycle Club committee. 🏁
Being on the committee is a great way to get involved, have a say in the future of the club and help keep things moving for our riders and families.
But we also understand that putting your hand up can be a little daunting if you’re not sure what’s actually involved.
So, if you’ve ever thought:
“I might be interested, but I have absolutely no idea what the committee actually does!” 😂
That’s exactly what this is about!
Between now and the AGM, we’d love to give anyone who is interested the opportunity to:
👉 Ask questions about what each role involves
👉 Find out what happens behind the scenes
👉 Come along and see how the committee works
👉 Work alongside the current committee and get a feel for what’s involved
👉 See where you might be able to help
There’s no commitment just because you’re interested. We’d much rather give people the chance to ask questions, see what it’s all about and decide whether it’s something they’d like to take on.
A quick heads-up: there are some requirements that come with being a committee member, including completing Motorcycle Victoria training. We’re more than happy to explain what’s involved and answer any questions you might have.
We’re incredibly grateful to the people who put their hands up to help run our club, but the club is always going to need new people coming through, bringing fresh ideas and helping us keep it moving forward. ❤️
