Seniors Ages 8 to 80
Males and Females

Tuesday: Allendale East Public hall

Tuesdays
Main class 6:00-7:30pm
Starting back Jan 31st

What do I need:
• Loose Comfortable Clothing
• No Jewellery, Shoes or Socks during training
• A Drink - preferably water

(especially in warmer months)


Cost:
$10/training for Non-Members,
$5/training for Members
($50 Membership 1 year)

A huge thank you to all our Allendale East students and families for another awesome year on the mats. Our little country dojo has a big heart – from brand new white belts to our more experienced students, you’ve all shown true Kyokushin spirit.

Enjoy a well-earned break with your families, stay safe, and recharge. I’m looking forward to seeing you all back in the New Year, ready to train hard and keep growing together.

What an incredible honour to be at the International Kata Competition and the IKOKU 7th World Cup with Senpai Brad competing in the Male Open 75kg-85kg division, with Sensei Ian grading for his Yondan in the International Yudansha Grading. 🥋🙏
