💪Self Defence: Rolling wrist lock & back grab

🥊Boxing - Y2: Jab, Cross, Hook,Uppercut
🥊Boxing - Y3: Jab, Cross, Hook,Uppercut, Hook
🔥Kicking - Y2: Dollyeo Chagi
🔥Kicking - Y3: Skip instep kick, Side step, Turning kick

🥊❤️FAMILY TRAINING DAY!❤️🥊

What a way to kick off Father’s Day weekend!🔥
On Saturday, we invited our families onto the mats to train, learn some skills and see if they could keep up with our students!😃🥋

From punches & kicks 🔥to challenges, games and plenty of laughs😂- everyone had an absolute blast!

It was so amazing seeing our students proudly teaching their families, and even better seeing so many happy, smiling faces supporting and training together!❤️🙌

We’re so lucky to have such an awesome community here at JMA!🥰🥋These are the moments that make it all so special.

Hope everyone had an amazing Father’s Day weekend!💙👊
