WELCOME TO Zen F I T Coaching
F I T Coaching is the ultimate circuit-style strength and conditioning workout. Smart circuit programming allows for loads of variety while still f
actoring in progression for members to see continued improvement and optimal results. Strength you will see squat, deadlift and press your way to improve overall body composition and strength. This class is programmed to include big lifts along with functional work to give you a well rounded full body workout. Conditioning you will see weighted movements, core and cardio elements. This class is a great way for beginners to learn correct movement patterns and technique or seasoned lifters to build on their strength. Class runs for
45 minutes with a maximum of 14 people. Our program has progressive levels so that anyone, no matter your fitness level, can partake in our training. F I T Coaching is creative and inspiring workouts. Just as life presents obstacles, our fitness regime is all about conquering obstacles through fitness. At F I T you will develop overall strength, endurance, power, agility and balance. We aim to complement every aspect of our members lives;

Workouts are reprogrammed with different F I T movements to ensure enough time to see progress, but also ensure new and exciting workouts. Our “Interval” strength and conditioning Coaching program blends a mixture of cutting edge workout philosophies that instil mindfulness and encourage perseverance. The F I T Coaching maximizes different training techniques while helping each member attain his or her personal goals. The combination of Functional Strength Training Full-Body mobility movements, Obstacle and much more takes our Coaching program to the next level. As we cap each class with 14 attendance you’ll feel more of a semi-private class culture. If you’re looking to lose weight, increase muscle mass, or are rehabbing injuries, this
F I T Coaching is for you. Each exercise within our classes are specifically designed to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels. Our coaches are here to help guide you through the exercises as you need help or to challenge your further once you’ve mastered the exercise. We welcome everyone from beginners to advanced.
