We hope you all had the loveliest Easter weekend! 💛🐣
We had so much fun celebrating with you during our car park egg hunt, watching little hands decorating cookies, and just welcoming in a new season together 💗

Our April calendar is here and we’re so excited for what’s ahead! We’ve got our regular sessions plus a few special moments like our Earth Day hike and bush BBQ 🌿🔥

At Mama Movement Alice Springs, we support women through pregnancy and post-partum with thoughtful, intentional training — creating a space where mums feel safe, supported, and strong in their bodies.

If you’re passionate about working with pre and post-natal women, value ongoing learning, and take pride in doing things properly, we’d love to hear from you.

Mama Movement Alice Springs is back! ✨

Our first session of February and our first morning settling into our new indoor location at Scout Hall is officially in the books! 💪🏽

Huge thank you to the mamas who booked in and showed up, and to the bubbas who played, watched, crawled, and kept things real the whole session 🫶🏽

This month we’re keeping things simple and steady — regular Monday, Wednesday, and Friday classes, a couple of themed sessions, and an early morning walk to mix things up.

So grateful for this community and for moving together again 🦘💪💗
