A few moments of being HERE ~ and sometimes there.
In yoga - we talk alot about coming back HERE - present moment. Our minds naturally replay past stories and also make new futures, that haven’t even happened yet .
How human of me - when I sit to meditate or do yoga , that I am elsewhere -
You haven’t failed at yoga , you’ve simple noticed what it is to be human.
Heres my fav practice from on being HERE.

Breathe in - and then exhale , let it pour out of you .
Breathe in - and exhale, can you move away from anything happening right before this.
Breathe in - and exhale anything that might happen later.
Breathe in - exhale - here.
Notice what pours in and how human it is to feel it all everything everywhere at once.
