Ok swimmers, it’s time to stop pretending you “haven’t gotten around to it yet.”
The Alice Springs Masters Games are just over 4 weeks away and swimming entries close 01 October.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign… this is it.
If you’ve been waiting for motivation… consider this your friendly nudge.
If you’ve been waiting to suddenly become fitter without training… unfortunately science still isn’t on your side.

Register now, lock in your training schedule and get ready to make a splash at The Friendly Games!

The pool is ready… are you? 🌊

The Alice Springs Masters Games are coming to town from 10–17 October 2026 and swimming is set to be five fantastic days of competition, camaraderie and fun!

Whether you're a seasoned competitor, returning to the pool after a few years away, looking to challenge yourself, or simply keen to enjoy some friendly competition with other swimmers — there's a place for you!

🏊 20+ swimming events to choose from
🏊‍♂️ Swimmers aged 25 through to 90+
🏊‍♀️ Five action-packed days of swimming
🤝 Meet swimmers from Alice Springs, across the NT and beyond
❤️ Enjoy the friendly, social spirit of the Masters Games

This afternoon, we watched the dark skies gathering through the windows of the indoor pool, bringing the possibility of a storm. But as we finished and headed outside, a little rain had brought with it a beautiful rainbow — seemingly landing at our favourite place to be Alice Springs Aquatic and Leisure Centre🌈💦
