Join us on the mat for a special Kicking & Stretching Seminar at Red Boat Kung Fu.

Develop stronger, faster, and more effective kicks while improving the flexibility, mobility, and control needed to use them.

This seminar will break down kicking technique, balance, power, hip mobility, and flexibility, with practical drills and stretching methods to help improve your range of movement and overall kicking ability.

Whether you want to sharpen your technique, improve your flexibility, or get more from your kicks, this seminar is designed to challenge you and take your training further.

What an incredible day celebrating 40 years of Red Boat Kung Fu!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to celebrate this milestone with us. It was fantastic to reconnect with old friends, current students, and members of the Red Boat family, and to reflect on four decades of dedication, friendship, and training.

Congratulations to our three new Red Belts – Damien, March and Mayur – on this well-earned achievement. We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to Tam and Damon, who were awarded their Black Belts by their Sifu, Maurice. A fitting way to celebrate such a special occasion.

Here's to honouring our past, celebrating the present, and looking forward to many more years on the mat.
