Week on the Mat 🥋

What a week at Red Boat.

A huge turnout for our Butterfly Swords seminar. Great energy, sharp focus, and a room full of people committed to refining their craft. This is where tradition meets effort… and effort turns into skill.

We also had Tip Grading this week, and it showed.

Congratulations to Izzy, Kire, Mat, and Tristan. Quality all the way.
Your hard work, consistency, and mindset are what this journey is all about.

Progress in Kung Fu isn’t given. It’s earned, one session, one repetition, one moment of discipline at a time.
And when the heart is in it, the results always follow.
