💪💪8 WEEK TRANSFORMATION!!💪💪
My lovely client came to me with already having lost a substantial amount of weight, her body had come to a stand still. She was on a keto diet leading her to break the diet all the time because it wasn't a lifestyle diet for her anymore
With a few things tweaked in her food plan, we were able to get the ball rolling again, shocking the body with new exercises, 2 cheat meals a week and eating much cleaner
Her training sessions were becoming addictive as she could see the changes happening and she was enjoying it more to the point where we were doing 3x 1 hour sessions per week.
My lovely client now is in the gym taking on exercise I have written down for herself and Id seen her smashing it out yesterday💪 nothing makes me more proud when I have clients who have come to me, never trained in weights on their own, to now smashing it confidently in their own time in our gym.
I'm not the type of trainer who hangs on to clients as far as I am concerned if I hear my guys say to me Stace, I think I'm ready to do this on my own for a bit then I am one PROUD AS PUNCH PT!!!!
