Just a quick note....
I (Shannon) can't thank you all enough for the support! Our karate club is thriving and going from strength to strength now that I have the time (and the energy 😂) to focus on the systems (admin) and students whole heartedly.

A couple of photos from our recent trip to Okinawa where 3 of our students were competing at the All Japan Karate Championships 🥋

As many of you may be aware, our creche has not been used by Bounce members for at least the last 3 blocks. We have decided to put creche on hiatus for a while with the exception of Fridays. Creche will be available only on Fridays at 9.30am until further notice. As always thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you at Bounce fitness xx

We're meeting at 10am to move the gear from the Club house to the new rooms.

We are moving from the Clubrooms to the new training rooms, and need some extra hands.

If you are available and would like to help out, meet at the usual Bounce room (the Mt. Lofty clubrooms) on Monday 12/6 at 10am. Just add a comment below to let us know if you can make it.
