Dear Chris

On behalf of everyone at Synergy, we were deeply saddened to hear about your accident. Our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.

You are an important part of our club, both on and off the mats, and we want you to know that you are not facing this alone. The entire club stands behind you, and we are here for whatever support we can offer, or simply being there when you need it.

We know the road to recovery can be challenging, but we hope you can take some comfort in knowing that Synergy is thinking of you and wishing you strength, patience, and a full and speedy recovery. Your health and wellbeing come first, and we look forward to the day we see you back around the club when you’re ready.

Today, we proudly honour an exceptional athlete whose strength, determination, and spirit have inspired not only his teammates and coaches but the entire sporting community. At the International Powerlifting Federation World Championship in Germany, Jack Carroll delivered a performance nothing short of extraordinary.

Representing his country with pride, Jack dominated the competition, securing gold medals in all three disciplines – the squat, bench press, and deadlift – and claiming gold in the overall total, making him the undisputed champion in his division.

But Jack’s achievements didn’t stop there.

Out of a field of world-class competitors, Jack was named the Best Male Special Olympic Lifter of the entire competition – a testament not only to his physical power but to his unwavering dedication, discipline, and competitive spirit.

Jack’s journey, fueled by passion and resilience, is an inspiration to athletes everywhere. He has shown the world what is possible with hard work, heart, and belief in oneself.

After months of preparation, dedication and hard training David McGrath and Lachy Markey both achieved outstandingresults in their Muay Thai green grading last night. Both warriors excelled during a rigorous grading displaying both the mental and physical fortitude required to take the next step in their Martial Arts journey. The bruises will fade but the pride will always remain. Congratulations to you both, your results were deserved and definitely earnt.

Well done to Matt ball and the SMAC team for a great ran weekend

I encourage all students to go next year as you will get a lot out of lot

It’s also great to catch up with a great friends as well as making new friends.

We will work on some new drill etc that have Been added to the style
