Hey Guys!
We are pumped to have almost completed our upgrades in the gym! We are close to a re open date of 25th Jan.
You’ll see a new look, new equipment, and a new fit out.
Remember, if you are a previous Fight Gym member, you are eligible for a discounted price in the new digs. Please send us a message for more info/ if you’re keen to grab it. This price is only available until we open again.
Obviously there is now a larger range of session types on offer, but those who are still keen on just the boxing, there will be specific boxing classes available!

🚨NEW CLASS ADDITION TO THE WEEK

Not a whole lot of experience in boxing? Don’t want anything too technical? Just dropped the kids off at school? Want a cruisy wake up? This one’s for you!

📍Wednesday’s @ 9:15 👉 just once a week we will be trialling this session. It will consist of general conditioning, bag work and some basic pads and gloves work.

NOTE: This begins NEXT Wednesday 7th August ⚠️

⚪️ TIME: 4.30pm to 5.15pm
🟢 DETAILS: Drop off and pick up from Fight Gym
⚪️ BRING: towel, water bottle, runners, wear shorts and training t shirt

U12's remain as normal for Wednesday

FRIDAY: Both grades take a rest 😊
