AMAZING... Besides having my toddler think that the table top leg position is an invitation for a see saw ride and my other baby thinks that the best place to sit is on my face, parenthood is also exhausting. I felt that I had no motivation to do anything, and I lost myself along the way. I just needed an escape to have "me time", be with other people who get it, and allow my babies to hang with other babies. This program is designed for YOU, oh and you can bring your baby along as well (or not 😜)! And so that is what I'm about. Giving you that excuse to get out, meet new people, and feel good. Bonus abs and glutes along the way 😉
