Huge shout out to our member Jade.
What an amazing Transformation and what an absolute inspiration. All of us here at Plus Fitness are proud of your achievements and can’t wait to see you smash more goals.

Jade has this to say:

For a long time having four children with additional needs was an excuse I’d tell myself as to why I couldn’t, loose weight or eat healthily- I struggled trying to make any time for myself.
That mindset soon changed into the reason WHY I needed to do this, not only for myself but for my beautiful children.
Two years ago, just before the pandemic hit- I signed up to the best gym I could find with a crèche and honestly with out this and the amazing support of Linda at I wouldn’t have been able to achieve these results. I am eternally grateful for the crèche care my kids have received with the wonderful Linda… and let me tell you some days have not been easy, but with a smile Linda always helps and supports in every possible way.

Long term member Casey has a very talented young runner as a son. Lucas has competed In multiply athletics events and what a star of a runner he is. We love hearing about all his achievements and we wanted to do something special for him. So we presented him a gift voucher for Athletes Foot to buy some new running shoes.
