The DB Press is a staple in our programming and a key part of building upper body strength.

Key teaching points:
✅ Feet planted firmly into the ground
✅ Brace through the core → slight natural arch
✅ Shoulders tucked to set the shoulder blades
✅ Elbows at ~45°
✅ Wrists firm and straight

Control the movement:
⬇️Lower DBs just above the chest (upper arms parallel to ground)
⬆️Drive up and in for full chest contraction

Breathing matters:
🫁 In on the way down - Out on the way up
