For Think Mental Health Round this weekend, we asked the boys what they do to help their mental health!
Whether it’s walking the dog, going for a run or talking to your mates, there are lots of small things you can do to positively impact your mental health in a big way!
On and off the field, we love to see our players get around each out and be a support system when it’s needed and encourage anyone going through a tough time to talk through it with someone they trust!
