What type of exercise is actually right for me?
It is the question I hear more than any other and the honest answer is, it depends.
It depends on how your joints move.
It depends on where your imbalances are.
It depends on your injury history, your load tolerance and what your body is actually capable of right now, not five years ago.
That is why a generic program from the internet will never give you the full answer. It cannot see what your body is doing.
