What a season for our Crushers Girls. From Round 1 to the final whistle of 2026, these legends have shown heart, grit, growth, and the true Crusher spirit every single week. Their effort at training, their commitment to each other, and the way they play for the jersey has been unreal.

The girls embraced these challenges every week, and the standard they set was incredible. Below are our 2026 End‑of‑Season Award Winners, recognised for their consistency, impact, and Crusher attitude all year long:

🏆 MVP OF THE SEASON — BONNIE WILSON
A leader on and off the field. Set the benchmark every week with effort and attitude on the field.

⚡ OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE SEASON — KODA LONGMAN
A constant attacking threat. Created opportunities, broke lines, and lifted our momentum all year. Ending the season on 26 tries.

🛡️ DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE SEASON — AVA JOHNS
Fearless, disciplined, and dependable. Made huge defensive plays and inspired the team with toughness and grit every week.

🌟 MOST IMPROVED PLAYER - SOFIA JANSEN
Massive growth across the season. Worked hard at training, applied feedback, and transformed her game week by week. A standout example of dedication paying off.

Voted by the team. Recognised for sportsmanship, teamwork, positivity, and being the teammate everyone wants beside them in the tough moments.

💙💛 What a night! 🏉

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported the Albany Creek Crushers U11 Girls Trivia Night.

From the laughter and friendly competition to the raffles, silent auction and amazing community spirit, the night was a fantastic success. Most importantly, we had a lot of fun while raising valuable funds for our girls' team.

A special thank you to our incredible sponsors and prize donors. Your generosity made the event possible and helped us create a memorable night for everyone involved.

Thank you also to our volunteers, coaches, families and supporters who donated their time, organised prizes, sold raffle tickets, set up, packed down and kept everything running smoothly.

And to everyone who purchased raffle tickets, bid in the silent auction, donated prizes, or simply came along and had a great time, thank you for supporting girls in rugby league.
