Ever wondered what actually happens inside during a Playnastics session?
Our gym floor is packed with equipment that's specially designed to help little ones grow, move, and explore, and every single piece serves a purpose. Here's what your child gets to experience every session 👇
🪄 Foam Wedges and Ramps
These aren't just fun to climb, they help little ones build strength in their legs and core while learning how to navigate inclines safely. Great for developing balance and body awareness from an early age.
🌀 Tunnels
Crawling through tunnels is one of the best activities for bi-lateral coordination. It encourages kids to use both sides of their body together, which actually supports brain development and prepares them for more complex movement later on.
⛺ Pop-Up Play Tent
A favourite for imaginative play! While it looks like just a cute little house, it encourages kids to duck, crawl, and enter and exit spaces, which builds spatial awareness and confidence in moving through their environment.
🟠 Stepping stones
Those colourful little circles on the floor are balance trainers! Stepping from pod to pod helps kids develop coordination, focus, and proprioception, which is basically their body's ability to sense where it is in space.
🧱 Foam Stairs and Climbing Blocks
Climbing up and stepping down builds huge confidence in young children. These boxes are soft and safe, so kids can practise ascending and descending at their own pace without the risk of hard falls.
🤸 Trampoline
Bouncing is an incredible full-body workout for little ones! It strengthens muscles, improves balance, and honestly? It's just pure joy.
🎠 Bouncy Animal Ride-Ons
Those cute unicorns and horses are more than adorable, they help kids develop core strength and balance while they bounce and rock.
🛴 Ride-On tricycles
Scooting around the gym helps with leg strength, steering, and spatial awareness.
⭕ Hula Hoops
Used in so many ways: stepping through, rolling, tossing, and more.
🟡 Balance Beam
Walking along a beam, even a low one, takes serious concentration for a toddler!
