This Sunday we’re bringing the whole West Saints family together as we officially welcome in the 2026/27 season!

🏏 Seniors & Under 16s | 10:00am
🏏 Junior Training | 12:00pm

For the first time this pre-season, our Under 10s will join our Under 12s, Under 14s, Junior Girls and Under 16s as we bring our junior program together for a big day of training.

🌭 BBQ FROM 12PM
We’ll have the BBQ fired up with snags for all players and families joining us on the day.

New and returning players and families are all welcome. Come down, meet the club, enjoy the afternoon and help us kick off another season at the West Saints.

Our Under 12s, Under 14s and Junior Girls are back on the track for pre-season training!

We’d love to see all new and returning players down at the club as we get ready for a big 2026/27 season.

The 2026/27 season is just around the corner and we’re ready to get to work.

We’re inviting all new and returning senior players to join us at Etzel Street Reserve for pre-season training throughout September and early October.

Whether you’ve been a West Saint for years, are returning to cricket, or are looking for a new club this summer, everyone is welcome.

🏏 1ST XI LEADERSHIP TEAM 2026/27

Fresh off the back of his County debut for Lancashire, two-time Club Champion Ben Walkden will take the reins as our 1st XI Captain for season 2026/27.

Right by his side will be elite all-rounder Joel Brett, who steps into the role of Vice Captain and Ranga Cooray who brings a wealth of experience to the leadership group in his 13th season at the West Saints.

Three outstanding cricketers and three highly respected clubmen who we’re incredibly proud to have leading our 1st XI into the new season.

🌹 CONGRATULATIONS BEN WALKDEN! 💚🤍

Airport West SC CC is incredibly proud to congratulate Ben Walkden on signing a Rookie County Contract with Lancashire CCC.

The opportunity is thoroughly deserved after another outstanding season from Ben, which saw him crowned our Club Champion and awarded the VTCA Roy Paxino Medal, followed on with an incredible run with Newton Le Willows Cricket Club in his home summer.

It’s a fantastic achievement for Ben and an exciting next step in his cricket journey. We can’t wait to follow his progress and see what he can achieve in Lancashire colours.

Airport West St Christopher’s Cricket Club is excited to announce Greg Garth as our Under 10s coach for the 2026/27 season!

Congratulations Greg! 👏

Our Under 10s are all about learning the game, developing skills, making friends and, most importantly, having fun playing cricket.

We’re now looking for boys and girls to join Greg and the team this summer. No previous cricket experience is needed – new players are always welcome!

Want to try cricket this summer? Come and be a West Saint!

Airport West St Christopher’s Cricket Club is looking for girls to join our junior cricket program for the 2026/27 season.

Whether you’ve played cricket before or have never picked up a bat, you’re welcome! Our focus is on having fun, learning new skills, making friends and enjoying being part of a team.

We’d love to welcome more girls into the green and white this season. 🤍💚

Following our AGM, we’re pleased to welcome the Airport West St Christopher’s Cricket Club Committee for the 2026/27 season.

A big thank you to everyone who has stepped forward to support and help lead our club. We appreciate the time, commitment and work that goes into keeping the West Saints moving forward.
