Join our team as a Base Operator with Salty Dog Sea Kayaking / Southern Sea Ventures.

Based in Shute Harbour, this is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—managing operations, supporting guides, maintaining gear, and helping deliver unforgettable kayaking experiences.

What you’ll be doing:
✔ Running day-to-day base operations
✔ Supporting and leading staff & tours
✔ Managing equipment and logistics
✔ Delivering great customer experiences

You’ll bring:
✔ Strong organisation & leadership skills
✔ Outdoor or kayaking experience (preferred)
✔ A calm, can-do attitude
✔ Passion for Adventure

Blacktip reef sharks 🦈

Shallow lagoons like Cane Cutters beach on the Half day tours are the perfect location to spot some black tip reef sharks and stingrays as the shallow water extends pretty far, they are super friendly and love to say hello 🤝🏼
