Time for a MASSIVE shout out 💪🏾🔥🗣️🔊
Chris came to us just over 12 months ago with that ‘I need to change things in my life’ aura about him.
Brought in by a friend, & colleague Ian Eman to join him at the gym.
Fast forward and Chris (without any magic tablets) has lost 23 kg’s. Even more between those 2 photo’s.
✅ Dropped alcohol
✅ 355+ visits in the last 365 days
✅ Introduced daily recovery protocols with us also using the ice bath & sauna daily.
✅ Protein rich diet & high quality Supp’s
The ‘gym’ can be different things for different people and for some it can change their life completely.
