Cassie started her fitness journey as a long-distance runner & has been passionate about health & fitness ever since. Cassie has spent a lifetime developing sound knowledge & experience in the fitness industry & has a strong focus on strength & conditioning, body building, female fitness, weight loss & developing functional movement patters & mobility.

Felis Fox is relocating back to Melbourne for 2019💪🏼👊🏼

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to personally wish my amazing clients goodbye before I left Airlie Beach but wanted to say a quick thank you for your support and commitment during its operations in paradise. I have loved training each of you and getting to know all the amazing people in the community who have continually supported me and shown such generosity and kindness during this time.

Felis Fox was an amazing success and it’s all thanks to the dedicated, healthy and incredible people who supported it. It has been my absolute pleasure seeing you all transform in 2018.

I’ve been a bit busy lately and I apologize for not getting back to everyones messages or contacting you all personally regarding next year.

I wish everyone all the best and hope you all continue to take everything that you have learnt and apply it daily. Never give up, keep sweating bullets and keep being your best!! 💪🏼💦

Congratulations to all my amazing clients this year who gave themselves the gift of health, fitness and well being!!

In the last few weeks I’ve seen some amazing transformation before and after photos and I couldn’t be prouder of the commitment, dedication, trust and hard work it took to get those results.

I wanted to thank you all for supporting Felis Fox Fitness and wish you all Merry Xmas and a happy and healthy New Year!!
