This week in the studio has been so special. 🥹

We’ve had so many of our members bring their mums in to try a class, we had a birthday, watched friendships form and heard complete strangers chatting away after class like they’ve known each other forever.

And honestly, that’s what makes me happiest about MOOD. It’s not just the Pilates — it’s the people, the connections and the feeling that this little space is becoming somewhere people genuinely love being. 💙
