Here’s your little reminder: just because something is labeled as "healthy" doesn’t mean it’s lower in calories! 😮 In fact, many "healthier" options end up being higher in calories than the choice you actually wanted.

Of course, nutrient density matters, and prioritizing whole, nourishing foods is important for your overall health. BUT… I also teach my clients that it’s okay to enjoy balance and include those soul foods in moderation.

Next time you’re choosing between what you want and what you think is the better choice—check the labels. Make sure it aligns with your goals! ✅
