What class looked like tonight. 1kg weights don't look like much, but they pack enough of a punch to make things just that little bit more challenging. All exercises of course can be done without the weights and that's the best part of pilates. Variation and modifications for all. đź’Ş

If you missed my mat pilates class last week, Boomerang was the exercise the whole class led up to. And the girls have never done it before and did an excellent job!
