High-Protein Beef Nachos recipe 🌮

Save this recipe for your next high-protein meal!

what you’ll need:

✔ 500g extra lean beef mince (95-98% lean)
✔ 150g tortilla chips
✔ 100g reduced-fat cheese
✔ 1 tbsp taco seasoning
✔ 1 tomato, diced
✔ ½ red onion, diced
✔ Jalapeños (optional)
✔ 60g light sour cream
✔ Salsa

How to make it:

🤌 Preheat oven to 180°C.
🤌 Cook mince until browned.
🤌 Add taco seasoning and stir.
🤌 Spread chips on a baking tray.
🤌 Top with cooked beef, cheese, tomato, onion, jalapeños.
🤌 Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
🤌 Serve with salsa and light sour cream.

By using extra lean beef mince and making a few smarter ingredient choices, you can create a meal that's packed with flavour, loaded with protein, and easy to fit into your nutrition plan.

Why you're struggling to lose fat! 👇

You may think you're trying to lose fat. But when we look closer, you may not be doing the things that drive fat loss.

❌ Not in a calorie deficit
❌ Not tracking food intake
❌ Guessing portion sizes
❌ Forgetting to count nibbles

You can eat healthy foods and still struggle to lose body fat. Avocados, nuts, olive oil, salmon, and other nutritious foods are great for your health, but if you're consuming more calories than your body needs, fat loss won't happen.

Most people are poor at estimating how much they're eating. A spoonful here, a handful there, a drink on the weekend and a few bites while cooking dinner. This all adds up.

If your goal is fat loss, accuracy matters such as tracking your intake and monitoring your portions.
