KX Strength is here and it’s unlike anything we’ve done before.

Think heavy dumbbells, spring load, and rep-based training designed to build real strength over time.

The real secret? A 4-week cycle.

Same day, same program. Four weeks to get stronger, track your progress, and actually feel the difference.

Each day runs its own program so the Monday crew are on a different journey to the Friday crew. Find your day, book the 4 weeks.
