SUNDAYS JUST GOT BETTER 👀🙌🏼
As many of you have already heard, we’re excited to announce that we are now running a 9:00am Sunday Low Altitude Session at Altitude Fit!
This session has been designed to accommodate everyone, including our pregnant mummas who have been wanting to continue training with us in a safe and supportive environment. 🩵
With little to no altitude exposure, this class provides a pregnancy friendly option while still delivering a great workout. Best of all, it’s open to all members, so whether you’re pregnant, returning to exercise, wanting to add an additional day to your routine or simply looking for a lower altitude training option, we’d love to see you there.
