So proud of these two wonderful humans for consistently showing up for themselves ! Both .codlin_ and have been with EMBER for a fairly long time now and both bring such beautiful energy and warmth to every single session 💌🌞

UPDATED CLASS TIMES

Day light savings is coming to an end, which means the sun will be setting MUCH earlier 😭

So that we aren’t moving under a pitch black sky, evening classes will be pushed forward to 5:30PM and mornings back to 6:15AM🌞
