For the next 8 days, we have a premium selection of wines at a great price for purchase. Offering well below recommended retail price it is time to restock those wine racks after the long seven day lockdown!

Part of the proceeds are generously being donated back to the UHS Rowing Club in preparation to increase our fleet size for the arrival of our new year 7s!

Wonderful afternoon: Mother Nature put on her prettiest frock, we swapped seats in a quad, getting most of us out on the water, beaut wine and bbq, gorgeous sunset. Can’t wait to do it again.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 21st Feb at 2PM



Dear Unley Boat Club members,
Thank you for your patience and support over the last three years, although social activities have been few, we have been conducting a number of fund raising activities and are considering the purchase of a coxed quad. If we proceed, and after consultation with the Unley High School Rowing club, the boat will be available for UBC members for social rowing on the Torrens during UBC events. In addition, the boat will be available to the Unley High Rowing club in keeping with the UBC‘s main goal of supporting school rowing at Unley High.
This email also forms a notice of intention to hold the annual general meeting of the Unley Boat Club. The AGM will be held on the 21st February at 2pm (venue to be announced). All positions (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer) will be declared vacant and open for election. I hope you will consider standing for one of the executive positions. There will also be opportunities to become a general committee member.
If you cannot attend please stay tuned for further notification of opportunities to row and other social and club events.

IMPROTANT:

Hello everyone. unfortunately the first event for this club, the "oar burning event" will not be going ahead this weekend due to being unable to obtain a permit for a fire. Will keep people updated about a new date for the event.

As the weather improves we're looking foward to getting into some fun social rowing coming up in the next few weeks. Hope to see you all soon!
