🏏 Match Preview: Pakistan vs Sri Lanka (Asia Cup Super 4)

In Asia Cup history, Sri Lanka has had the upper hand vs Pakistan: out of 18 matches, Sri Lanka have won 13, Pakistan only 5.

In the 2022 Asia Cup Final, Sri Lanka beat Pakistan by 23 runs.

More recently, in the 2023 Super Four stage, Sri Lanka won a tight match over Pakistan (colombo, chasing 252) with just 2 wickets to spare.

2025 Form & Key Players:

Pakistan lost their last match vs India in the Super Four and are under pressure. Another loss likely puts their campaign in jeopardy.

Their batting has been inconsistent; however, Sahibzada Farhan has been one of their more reliable run-scorers. Abrar Ahmed has looked good with the ball; Haris Rauf brings pace.

Dunith has already made his mark as one of the brightest talents in Sri Lankan cricket, and throughout his journey his father stood by him with constant love and support. His loss is deeply felt not only by Dunith and his family, but by the entire cricket community.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Dunith and his loved ones during this difficult time. 🙏💔
