Priti has lost 11kg over the last 6 months through consistent training 4 to 5 times a week and smart nutrition choices. Working closely with her PT Jackson, she's shown what small, incremental changes can deliver.
She came in, committed to the process, and overcame an injury along the way. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just dedication to doing the work.
