One thing I tell every new member who walks through the door.
You do not need to be sore after every session for it to have worked.

Soreness just means your body encountered something new. It is not a measure of effort, progress or results. Some of the most effective training sessions you will ever do will leave you feeling nothing the next day.

What actually matters is showing up consistently over time. Three sessions a week for six months will change your life far more than destroying yourself twice a week and spending the rest of the week too sore to move.

Train smart. Show up often. That is it.

We've been quiet for a couple of months. No excuse for it, life happened as it does for all of us.

But we're back and we've been busy. New class formats, new timetable, new daily focus for every session.

Same familiar faces. Same welcoming vibe. Same people who will actually learn your name.

Verona joined us during our most recent 8-week challenge. As a busy professional, she knew it was time to truly prioritise her health. Although she had been training previously, she wasn’t getting the results she was after and felt stuck.

Coming in with a knee issue following surgery, Verona had understandable concerns and was worried she might not be able to do much or risk re-injuring herself. Through a combination of group classes and PT, we’ve worked together to rebuild her confidence and movement.

Now, Verona is seeing real progress, setting realistic goals, and learning what her body can do. By understanding her knee limitations, we’ve found safe and effective ways to progress her lower body training and build resilience around the knee.

This is what smart, sustainable training looks like, and Verona is just getting started.

In just 8 weeks, Katie has absolutely smashed it πŸ‘

No shortcuts. No extremes. Just consistency and commitment.

Katie was unbelievably disciplined and consistent throughout the entire challenge and was our overall female winner, finishing as the second highest points scorer. She showed up for her group training sessions, hit her daily step targets, completed the weekly healthy challenges, and stayed accountable with a calorie deficit and high-protein diet, even pushing through sickness during the challenge.

The most interesting part? Katie went in with zero expectation of weight loss but just wanted to eat clean non processed foods and be consistent with her training.

So proud of you, Katie. This is only the beginning πŸ‘Š
